The View: West Point Cadets enter the 9/11 Memorial as they finish the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk sponsored by the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Over 25,000 participated in the event that concluded with a ceremony held near the North Pool on Sunday, Sept. 25.
