To ensure that we are providing a safe environment for all, the Museum has the following protocols in place. All visitors should prepare for ongoing operational changes. We reserve the right to ask visitors who do not follow these guidelines to leave the premises.

Masks are optional

Masks are optional at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, but visitors are welcome and encouraged to wear them at any time. Disposable masks are available on site.

Hand sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the plaza and Museum.

Coat check is closed

Oversized bags will not be allowed in the Museum. Please be mindful when planning your trip.

Café is closed

Services including the Café and water fountains are currently unavailable. Please bring your own water. Water is also available for purchase.
