I snapped this photograph while standing on the observation floor of the Madison Green Apartment Complex. At the time I believed the caption on the billboard as I read it: "art is forever. " But, the presence of the World Trade Center in the backround reverses the meaning of it's message: nothing is forever. Not even art.
