"Postcards" - The Staten Island September 11th Memorial, was opened to the public on September 11th, 2004.

The architect and designer is Masa Sono.

The sculpture was designed to frame the "Towers of Light," which are lit every September 11th to symbolize the twin towers of the World Trade Center.
