After the Search -
I wanted to show the emotion of the Search Dog after performing a search mission. Dogs went into many harrowing situations, often finding deceased or badly wounded people. In this painting the dog is expressing his sadness over the trouble he has seen. The dog's partner is expressing the compassion and empathy in their relationship.
