"Call to Action" is the fourth panel of the "9-11 Memorial Mural."
It depicts the emergency response teams, police, firefighters, hospital crews, etc., all engaged in rescue and recovery in the face of nightmarish upheaval, unprecedented in this city.
The mosaic was created by class 864, approximately 30 students working collaboratively, at MS 216, Fresh Meadows, Queens, NY.
