"Night, Night, New York" is based on Georgia O'Keeffe's
"Radiator Building - Night, New York" of 1927. Whereas O'Keeffe's
image shows a triumphant industrialized cityscape, my image of the
World Trade Center site deals with inexpressable grief
and absence.
