Here the blue tile is covered with the masking tape on a flat board with a perimeter around the tile to keep the tile in place. The masking tape serves me two purposes, one it held the tile together and the other, it allowed me to measure and draw the stars in place. Fine and neat, otherwise its not easy to draw on tile.
