This is a painting that my daughter, Vanessa Rangel, painted in Art Class as a senior at Tom C.Clark High in 2000. My daughter, Vanessa, had Lupus and passed away on Aug 5, 2001 of complications of an infection she contacted. As you can see, she passed away a month prior to the 9/11 tragic incident. Notice the significance of the towers in the background and the two birds flying into each tower in the foreground. Also notice the grass on the ground below resembling the rubble effect of the Twin Towers aftermath damage. A coincidence! We will never know. We celebrated Vanessa's 10 year passing in August and on Sep 10, 2011 we remembered 9/11's 10 year anniversary.
