I lived near Ladder 132, a fire department in Brooklyn, NY. I often walked passed the red painted driveway, staring at the fire trucks and the folks that worked there. The people that risk their lives battling fires every day. My eyes would sometimes catch a glimpse of photos posted on their walls. It always reminded me of 9/11 -seeing all those names...some names never found... pictures...memories of colleagues, friends, family we lost....
