All that New York has gone through
Keeping the faith, best thing to do
Don’t look back in what was done
Getting up every morning seeing the sun
And doing a long run
Going back into the past it’s hard to overcome
Getting together with friends and having fun
Taking a trip as I always did, just getting away
Makes you feel so good I must say
Landing overseas taking different pictures
Of all those beautiful views also watching those racers
Seeing many traditions when going on tour
Ancient structures which have endure
Flying back to New York
Felt great getting back to work
No more in that past slump
Bouncing back getting back to normal is a triumph
