“Remembrance 9/11” is an interactive project with music that commemorates the anniversary of 9/11. In the days immediately following the attacks I wrote and first performed the piano piece on September 16th, 2001 at the Whitneyville Congregational Church in Hamden, Connecticut. After visiting the completed National September 11 Memorial & Museum I had the idea of building the interactive project using the Unity Game Engine. While listening the viewer can stop the display and change the direction of the panels. It is also possible to click the search name button which links to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum Search Web Page Memorial Guide and do a search by name, birthplace or residence, employer, affiliation or flight.
