A Safe Museum Experience

Visitors to the 9/11 Memorial Museum must follow all health and safety guidelines. Museum tickets must be purchased in advance for timed visits that allow for distancing. Please prepare for ongoing operational changes to ensure a safe experience for all visitors. The Museum reserves the right to refuse or revoke the admission of any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines.

Health and Safety

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is monitoring the current situation in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for all visitors and staff, and will continue to follow city, state, and federal safety precautions as needed.
